Sponsorship registration secures your sponsorship package only.
Sponsored attendees should complete an individual ticket registration after the sponsorship has been secured.
All sponsorships must be purchased and directory information submitted no later than Wednesday, June 10 at 5 pm ET. A unique promocode will be sent to the sponsorship ticket buyer to register their complimentary individual tickets, if included in the purchased sponsorship package.

All add-on purchases (tickets and sponsorship) are non-refundable, but transferrable until Monday, June 15 at 5 pm ET.
All Thursday events must be pre-purchased to attend. No same-day sales for walking tours or Architectural River Cruise.
You do not have to attend the conference to register for the add-on events and tours. Guests and families are encouraged to attend. Children must be age 8 and above for walking tours. All attendees must purchase a ticket, including children.
Must be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages at the Capo Speakeasy and on the Architectural River Cruise.
Sponsors for the add-on events are recognized as limited event sponsors at the event , on the event description page, and in the Sponsorship & Exhibitor Directory. Sponsors purchase sponsorship as a ticket choice for the add-on events.

Sponsorship benefits vary by level and may include conference tickets, optional exhibit booth space, and additional recognition opportunities. All sponsors receive verbal recognition during the conference and inclusion in on-screen displays. Please refer to the sponsorship chart for full details. Some sponsorship packages include a set number of conference tickets, see tables above for the quantity included. By purchasing sponsorship, any individuals planning on attending the conference (June 16 & 17) must also register with an individual ticket, including exhibit booth attendees.
Each individual using an included sponsored ticket must complete their own registration, using a unique promocode to attend. Sponsors may use the included ticket for members of their own firm, or share the link with a guest. Only sponsor firm attendees will be recognized on name badges.
Add-on event and excursion sponsorships include one ticket with sponsor purchase. Please register the person attending the event during check out.
No. Exhibit booth participation is optional for sponsorships that include this benefit. Booth space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis with priority for tier-level sponsors. Sponsors who choose not to reserve an included booth forfeit their optional booth reservation. There is no discount or pro-rated rate if the booth is not reserved.
All individuals staffing or attending the exhibit booth must also complete an individual ticket registration for the conference (June 16 &17). Booth staffing schedules are flexible and do not require coverage during all exhibit hall hours.

Yes. All sponsors will receive verbal recognition and inclusion in on-screen sponsor recognition throughout the program based on the benefit level. In addition to printed signs at the registration desk, please review the chart, above, for other locations where logos will be printed on signs throughout the venue.
Yes. All attendees registered under a sponsorship firm name will receive a “Sponsor” designation on their name badge.

Please provide a high-resolution version of your company logo for use across conference materials, including the website, program, and onsite signage.
Preferred format: PNG or JPG file with 300 dpi resolution
Orientation: Horizontal (landscape) is strongly preferred
Recommended size: At least 1200 px wide by 600 px tall (or similar 2:1 horizontal proportion)
Background: Transparent or white
Logos will be scaled for various uses, including a standard website display size of approximately 200 px by 400 px, so higher resolution files ensure the best quality across all formats. Logos do not need to be exact, but horizontal formats with a similar proportion will display best across website and signage materials.
Sponsors / Exhibitors may provide one (1) company logo for use across conference materials. To maintain consistency, multiple or combined logos are not permitted. All logos must meet these specified formatting and sizing requirements.
Yes. Additional tickets may be purchased through the conference individual registration form at the applicable rate.
Sponsorships are non-refundable. Sponsorships may not be transferred to another organization; however, individual attendee tickets included with a sponsorship may be transferred in accordance with the conference transfer policy and deadlines.
Sponsorship upgrades may be available based on remaining inventory. Please contact the event team to inquire about individual ticket transfers or sponsorship upgrade opportunities.
Yes. Organizations may select multiple sponsorship opportunities, such as a tiered sponsorship (e.g., Gold) along with limited event sponsorship, like Wi-Fi sponsorship or add-on event/excursion sponsorships. All associated benefits are cumulative, providing increased recognition and visibility throughout the conference.
No. Each attendee must have their own individual registration and badge. If sponsored tickets are included in your package, a unique promo code will be emailed to you for individual conference registration. You may also purchase additional registrations at the appropriate ticket type.
