Some sponsorship packages include a set number of conference tickets; however, each individual using a sponsored ticket must complete their own registration to attend.
All speakers, panelists, and moderators must also be registered in advance. The National Press Club is a secure facility, and all participants must be registered to receive access credentials for entry.
All registrations and purchases must be completed online. Invoicing and payment by check will not be accepted.
Online registration accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfer.

One (1) ticket to the Tuesday, June 16 Networking Social (includes two drink tickets and light hors d'oeuvres. Cash bar available after drink tickets are used.)

All add-on purchases (tickets and sponsorship) are non-refundable, but transferrable until Monday, June 15 at 5 pm ET.
All Thursday events must be pre-purchased to attend. No same-day sales for walking tours or Architectural River Cruise.
You do not have to attend the conference to register for the add-on events and tours. Guests and families are encouraged to attend. Children must be age 8 and above for walking tours. All attendees must purchase a ticket, including children.
Must be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages at the Capo Speakeasy and on the Architectural River Cruise.

Members of the American Planning Association (APA) and the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) are eligible for the member discounted rate as shown in the table above. Please provide your membership number to confirm your current membership when registering. All membership-discounted tickets will be verified for current membership.
Attendees representing a government agency at the local, state, or federal level may register at the Member or Non-Member rate. Registration must include the attendee’s agency and a valid government email address (.mil, .gov, or .us) for verification.
Contractors and industry partners, even if supporting a government agency, are not eligible to register under government status and must register at the appropriate industry rate.
This conference is limited to 300 attendees. Once capacity is reached, registration will close and on-site registration will not be available. Please add your name to the waitlist on Eventbrite.
If the conference sells out prior to May 15, a limited number of additional tickets may become available due to verification updates or cancellations. Please check back after May 15, and again on une 1 for any updates on availability.
All registered attendees will receive a QR Code to access the penthouse of the National Press Club. Please bring the QR code for gated access.
The National Press Club is a secure facility. All attendees must present a QR code for entry to access the 13th floor. This QR code will be distributed prior to the conference and must be saved to your phone or printed for arrival. Ticket confirmation alone will not grant access.
Please enter through the main entrance on 14th Street NW and take the elevators to the 13th floor. Additional directions, including transit and parking, are available on the National Press Club website.

The full conference agenda will be available on this event website. All sessions will be held in person, with scheduled breaks and networking opportunities throughout the program. Sessions will not be recorded.
Speakers and sessions are subject to change.
Business or business casual attire is recommended. Military attendees may wear the uniform of the day, including short-sleeved variations, as appropriate.
