All registrations must be completed using the conference online registration form. All attendees must be registered in advance to attend the conference. This requirement applies to all participants, including sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, moderators, and panelists.
Regular Fee Registration Deadline: Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm
Late / Walk-in Registration is available if the conference is not sold out.
This conference is limited to 300 attendees. Once capacity is reached, registration will close and on-site registration will not be available. If the conference sells out prior to May 15, a limited number of additional tickets may be released after that date due to pending or unverified registrations. Please check back after May 15, and again on June 1 for any updates on ticket availability.
All payment must be completed using the online conference registration. Online payment options include all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH Bank Transfer. No invoicing or check payments will be accepted.
Placeholder registrations (multiple tickets under one name) are not permitted and will be cancelled.
Discounted member rates will be verified after registration. Attendees selecting the member rate must provide a valid APA or SAME membership ID to confirm current membership status. If current membership cannot be verified, the registration will be canceled and the attendee will need to re-register at the applicable non-member rate. Note: if the conference is sold out, when re-registering we will move you to the top of the waitlist if you add your self when registering.
Photography Notice: By attending, registrants understand that photography may be captured during conference activities and may be used for future promotional or educational purposes. Sessions will not be recorded.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by Sunday, May 31 at 11:59 pm ET.
Approved refunds will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee
No refunds will be issued after the deadline
No-shows are not eligible for refunds
Speakers are eligible for a non-refundable discounted ticket; refer to speaker logistics for policy information.
Note: Deployed military personnel are eligible for a full refund with appropriate documentation and written notice to event coordinators: info@federalplanningworkshop.org
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost
Transfers must be like-for-like (Member to Member, Non-Member to Non-Member, Sponsor to Sponsor)
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing by Sunday, May 31 at 11:59 pm ET.
Walk-in or on-site transfers are not permitted. All new attendees will be charged the late registration fee to join the conference.
Each ticket can only be transferred once and the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred. Instructions and promo code will be shared to complete the transfer after written request to info@federalplanningworkshop.org.
All transferred tickets must be completed by Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 11:59 pm or the ticket is forfeit and no refund will be issued.
If the conference sells out, online registration will close. To be added to the waitlist please use the individual ticket purchase link or email info@federalplanningworkshop.org
If a ticket becomes available, individuals on the waitlist will be contacted in the order requests were received.
Once notified, the attendee will have 24 hours to complete registration and secure the available ticket.
If the ticket is not claimed within 24 hours, the attendee will move to the bottom of the waitlist and the next person will be contacted.
Ticket pricing will be based on the date the waitlist request was received. Requests received on or before May 31, 2026 will be eligible for the regular registration rate, if a ticket becomes available. Requests received after May 31, 2026 will be subject to the late registration rate.
Tickets are purchased separately from the conference, but open to all conference attendees, spouses and guests age 8+.
Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the event or excursion/tour start and end points.
Tickets for the add-on events are non-refundable, but transferrable until Monday, June 15 at 5 pm ET. If any tickets are available after the main conference has started, tickets may be purchased at the registration desk (inquire for availability). No same-day transfers will be accepted.
The only add-on event that offers same-day registration is the June 17 Capo Speakeasy Social Networking event, which has a higher fee at the door ($35 in advance / $45 at the door)
Sponsorship for add-on events are non-refundable and allows one transfer registration by Monday, June 15 at 5 pm ET. All sponsorships for add-on events must be purchased by Wednesday, June 10 at 5 pm ET.
All sponsorships are non-refundable and non-transferable to other organizations/firms.
Sponsorships may not be prorated if benefits are unused
Exhibit booths included with sponsorship are optional but not eligible for refund or pro-rated discounts if not accepted at the time of sponsorship purchase
Sponsors may not share their booth with another firm. Each sponsorship is limited to one organization. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), the JV must be represented as a single entity and may not be split between partner firms at the same booth.
If exhibit booths are available, government agencies may share a booth, with up to two agencies per booth.
After purchase, eligible sponsors will receive promo codes to register their included attendees.
All sponsored attendees must be individually registered by Sunday, May 31 at 11:59 pm (regular fee registration deadline)
Unused or unregistered tickets after the deadline will be forfeited

All sponsors and exhibitors must submit their logo, company description, and contact information by Wednesday, June 10 at 5 pm ET.
Submissions received after this deadline are not guaranteed to be included in digital or printed materials
Sponsors may provide one (1) company logo for use across conference materials. To maintain consistency, multiple or combined logos are not permitted. All logos and directory information must meet the specified formatting and sizing requirements.
