Speakers are eligible for a discounted registration rate when attending the full conference, including participation in workshop sessions, networking, and business development activities. Plenary speakers who are only attending for their scheduled session will be registered with a complimentary, limited-access ticket.
Discounted speaker registrations are non-refundable and subject to the same policies as general attendees. If a speaker is unable to attend, registration may be transferred to a replacement speaker in accordance with the conference transfer deadlines and policy.
Each session may include up to one (1) moderator and four (4) speakers at the discounted registration rate. Discounted registrations are limited to the individuals officially listed as moderator or speakers for that session and may not be transferred to other team members. Individuals participating in multiple sessions are only eligible for one (1) discounted registration, and session allocations will be adjusted as needed. All other subject matter experts (SMEs) or participants must purchase a full conference registration at their applicable ticket type.

Speakers must be registered NLT Sunday, May 31 at 11:59 pm.
Conference tickets include access to all sessions on June 16 and 17, lunch on both days, snacks, and all-day coffee, tea, and water, as well as the Networking Reception on Tuesday. All add-on events and excursions must be purchased separately from your conference ticket.
Please indicate any dietary restrictions at the time of registration.
📸 Professional photographers will be on site during the conference. By participating as a speaker, you agree to be included in event photography and related promotional materials.

All session times are set in the schedule for June 16 and 17. Please review your assigned time and note that a 5-minute break follows 25-minute sessions, and a 10-minute break follows 50-minute sessions.

Venue Rooms and Locations

Each session room includes a forward area with a laptop pre-loaded with the room's session presentations, a podium with mic, and a speaker table with 4 chairs and 2 microphones. Session presentations will be projected on a full screen for audience viewing. The laptop keyboard or a remote control-clicker can control slides, included in the set up.
Ballroom - max 320 seats (10-top round tables); Elevated stage for moderator/speakers.
4th Estate - Max 80 seats (round tables)
Holeman Lounge - Max 80 seats (theater style)
1st Amendment Lounge - Max 80 seats (theater style)
Exhibit Hall - max 21 exhibit booths
All session presentations will be made available for attendees to download after the conference. Sessions are not conducted under Chatham House Rule. Please ensure that no proprietary or sensitive information is included in your slides, as post-presentation edits or redactions will not be accommodated.
Green Room (Winners Room)
Moderators and speakers may convene in the Speaker Ready Room prior to their session. Wi-Fi is available throughout the conference venue.
Conference Dress Code
Business or business casual attire is recommended. Military attendees may wear the uniform of the day, including short-sleeved variations, as appropriate.
